Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and DropDollar, LLC (“Bullseye,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Bullseye Finance iOS application and related services (the “App” or “Service”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Apple Inc. (“Apple”) is not a party to these Terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

1. The Service

Bullseye Finance provides AI-generated market analysis, technical indicators, prediction tracking, chat, congressional and insider trade feeds, event-market data, and related research tools.

The App is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. DropDollar, LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, fiduciary, or bank.

2. Risk disclosure

• Trading stocks, options, crypto, forex, and event contracts involves substantial risk of loss
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Crypto and other volatile assets are speculative — not suitable for retirement or core savings
• Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future results
• AI and technical models can be wrong, biased, outdated, or incomplete
• Prices shown may differ from your broker due to exchange, spread, latency, or data provider methodology
• Paper trading results do not reflect real-world slippage, fees, liquidity, or psychology

You are solely responsible for your investment and trading decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use financial information services in your location. Some features may not be available in all jurisdictions.

4. Account and device

Bullseye uses a device-based identifier — no login required. You are responsible for activity on your device. Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, abuse rate limits, scrape the API, or use the App for unlawful purposes.

5. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

A. Auto-renewing subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refund requests are handled by Apple per App Store policy — not by DropDollar, LLC

B. Consumable token packs (one-time purchases)

Token packs are consumable and non-restorable except as required by Apple. AI predictions cost tokens; technical analysis is free.

C. Restore purchases

Use the “Restore Purchases” button in the Upgrade screen to restore prior subscription purchases on the same Apple ID.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the API
• Circumvent subscription or token limits
• Use the App to violate securities laws or regulations
• Misrepresent Bullseye outputs as guaranteed investment advice
• Share access in a way that violates these Terms

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Third-party services

The App links to or displays data from third parties (brokers, market data providers, AI services, event markets). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Opening a broker app does not execute trades through Bullseye.

8. Intellectual property

The App, branding, algorithms, and content are owned by DropDollar, LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropDollar, LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or trading losses arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DropDollar, LLC from claims arising from your trading decisions, misuse of the App, or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute resolution (U.S. users)

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA rules, except you may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

13. Apple-specific terms

• These Terms are between you and DropDollar, LLC, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you
• Your license is non-transferable and for use on Apple-branded products you own or control

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes may require re-acceptance in the App.
