Bullseye Finance (“Bullseye,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by DropDollar, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Bullseye Finance iOS application and our related API services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the Service.

A. Information you provide or generate

Stock and crypto tickers you search or predict on
AI predictions, technical analyses, and chat messages
Watchlists, paper portfolio positions, and alerts
Subscription tier and token balance usage

B. Device and account information

A randomly generated device identifier stored on your device (no email or password login required)
App version, general usage patterns, and feature interactions
Error and performance logs needed to keep the API reliable

C. Purchase information

Apple App Store transaction IDs and product identifiers for subscriptions and token packs
We do not receive your full payment card number — Apple processes all payments

D. Information we do not collect

We do not require your legal name, home address, or government ID to use the app
We do not access your brokerage accounts or execute trades on your behalf

3. How we use information

Provide predictions, live trends, chat, tracking, and subscription features
Validate in-app purchases and grant tokens or subscription access
Calculate anonymized community prediction statistics (directional accuracy, win rates)
Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
Improve reliability, fix bugs, and develop new features
Respond to support requests

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

Cloud hosting providers (e.g., Railway) to run our servers
AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) to generate predictions and chat responses — only the data needed for your request
Market data providers (e.g., Financial Modeling Prep, Yahoo Finance) to fetch quotes and technicals
Apple, to process in-app purchases through the App Store

Community features: Locked prediction outcomes (ticker, direction, result) may appear in aggregate, anonymized community stats. Individual users are not identified by name.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Data retention

Locked predictions and usage records — retained to power accuracy tracking and community stats
Device ID and subscription status — retained while you use the Service
Purchase transaction references — retained as needed for billing support and fraud prevention

You may request deletion of data associated with your device ID by emailing ryanfermoselle@outlook.com. Some records may be retained where required by law.

6. Your choices

You can stop using the app at any time
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
You can request data deletion by contacting ryanfermoselle@outlook.com
Do not share your device with others if you want usage to remain private

7. Children's privacy

Bullseye Finance is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
