Welcome to GamesToWatch Arcade. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile applications, including the iPhone app and Apple Watch companion app, and any related services we provide.
By downloading, installing, or using GamesToWatch Arcade, you agree to these Terms.

You must comply with all applicable laws and platform terms (including Apple App Store terms) when using the app.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app except as permitted by law.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law.
- Use the app in a way that harms the app, users, or services.
4. Gameplay and Scores
GamesToWatch Arcade includes skill-based mini-games and score tracking features. Scores, progress, and game behavior may vary by device and OS version. We may update, rebalance, add, or remove game content at any time.
5. Health Features Disclaimer
Some features may optionally use Apple HealthKit data, such as heart rate, to support certain gameplay modes.
Health-related functionality is provided for entertainment purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment. Do not rely on the app for medical decisions.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with app operation or security.
- Abuse, exploit, or attempt to manipulate app systems.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, including software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Ryan Joshua Fermoselle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on Apple services and frameworks (for example, App Store, HealthKit, WatchConnectivity). Your use of those services is subject to Apple's terms and policies.
9. No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryan Joshua Fermoselle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
